Iranian law enforcement officers arrested several agents of the French special services during protests in the country. This was stated by the Minister of Internal Affairs of Iran Ahmad Wahidi, writes Reuters.
“During the riots, people of other nationalities were arrested, some of which played a large role. There were elements from French intelligence, and they will be dealt with in accordance with the law,” said Ahmad Vakhidi.
Foreign Ministry of France did not comment on the situation.
