The Federal Security Service of Russia detained the head of the Aksay district of the Rostov region Vitaly Borzenko. A 62-year-old official who for 27 years has been raised by the area, detained on April 12 in Kislovodsk in the morning.
According to Russian media, detention is associated with the redistribution of land, where the markets “Almaz” and “Atlant” are located. At the same time, the leader of the criminal group with the participation of the Aksai district, the investigation considers the major Donskoy entrepreneur Karim Babayev.
Investigators are confident that Babayev hides in Azerbaijan, where he has many influential relatives, including businessmen actively working in Russia.

Eduard, as well as the other four defendants of a major scandal, are incriminated to several criminal articles: 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Organization of a criminal community or participation in it”; 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Fraud”; 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Abuse authority”; 174.1 Code of the Russian Federation “Money laundering”.
The other son of Karim Babayev is arrested – Vadim Babaev. He was President of the Amateur Football Club “Rostselmash”, where they played football and brother. Rostselmash is the permanent champion of the region for several years. Babaev Jr. was the founder of 21 organizations, including LLC Aksai SHP, LLC Aksayi Vegeta, OOO “Atlant-Yug”, TC “Nakhichevansky Quarter”, Solar LLC and Almaz LLC.
