Oktyabrsky District Court of Novosibirsk sentenced the native of Azerbaijan Yasin Eldar Ogly Hasanov. The owner of the BMW X6 is recognized as a culprit of an accident, in which a 12-year-old boy died. This was announced by the representative of the regional prosecutor’s office Dmitry Lamkin.
“Hasanov is found guilty of violating the face manager, traffic rules, which caused the death of man by negligence,” says Lamkin.
In court, it was established that Hasanov managed a technically serviceable BMW X6 car.
As a result, the court recognized Gasanov guilty and prescribed a punishment in the form of 4 years in prison with serving a sentence in a colony-settlement. In addition, an additional punishment was appointed in the form of a deprivation for a period of 2 years 6 months of the right to engage in activities related to vehicle management.
