In Ukraine, the offensive actions of the Russian army continue in a number of directions. The summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine says that the Russians are trying to reach the administrative border of the Kherson region and are looking for weaknesses in the defense of the Ukrians.
According to him, the army of the Russian Federation continues to advance in the Izyum direction towards Izum – Slavyansk and Izum – Barvenkovo.
“… In the Donetsk direction, the grouping of the occupation forces conducts offensive actions almost along the entire line of contact …”, – noted in the Ukrainian General Staff.
The report also said that the Russians tried to improve the tactical situation in the Popasnaya area. “Strengthened the troops by moving from the Mariupol direction of one battalion tactical group …”,- added in the General Staff.
