German Chancellor urged Putin to immediately stop “special operation” in Ukraine

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Russian President Vladimir Putin held a telephone conversation on Friday. During the conversation, Scholz expressed extreme concern about the situation in Ukraine. “President Putin informed the Chancellor that Russia and Ukraine are planning to spend the third round of negotiations at the end of this week. Putin and Scholz agreed to spend new negotiations soon,” added Hebhestrate.
