The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Germany recommended that its citizens postpone trips to Russia, in particular to regions bordering Ukraine. This is stated in updated recommendations for trips abroad.
The department specified that Belgorod, Kursk, Bryansk, Voronezh, Rostov and Krasnodar should not be visited.
“From February 20 to 26, 2023, the Russian government plans a number of events. Be especially attentive and careful. In particular, avoid large accumulations of people,” the department said.
