In Germany, the activity of foreign intelligence has increased. This was announced by the President of the German military counterintelligence service Martin Rosenberg, reports DPA.
According to her, along with the activity of foreign intelligence agencies, the level of threat to the Armed Forces of Germany increased. Foreign intelligence financed at the expense of states use all resources to obtain information and realize the interests of their countries.
Germany should pay special attention to the work of Russian and Chinese special services, Martin Rosenberg is sure. She recalled that recently in the country they recorded several attempts to conduct surveillance of state military facilities. For example, drones were seen above the center where the Ukrainian military training.
At the same time, the department notes that spy activity has increased before the start of the war in Ukraine.
