A survey conducted by the public opinion institute Insa for the newspaper “Bild am Sonntag” showed that the majority of the German population is dissatisfied with the work of the government Friedrich Merz.
66% of survey participants said they were dissatisfied with the government, and only 25% expressed satisfaction with its performance.
49% of survey participants believe that the current government will not be able to serve until the end of the legislative term in 2029, and 32% believe that it will serve until the end of the term.
According to the survey, The far-right Alternative for Germany (AfD) party, with 26% of the vote, is still the strongest party in the eyes of voters.
At the same time, the CDU/CSU rating was 24%, and the SPD – 15%.
