The State Agency for the Use of Mineral Raw Material Resources (GAIRMS) has put on auction 3 sand-gravel and 2 lime deposits in Garadagsky district Baku and Salian district.
By virtue of its magnitude, the “Hydyrly-1” deposit, “Guzdak”, “Shumylar” and “Sakhil” are divided into several sites. Therefore, the auction appointed on the 31st of August will be held by 12 lots.
Gairms sells investors the right to use subsoil for a period of 25 years.
On July 22, the previous auction was sold by the right to use on a broken into five uniform sites (70 hectares) of the sand-gravel section “Generha” in the Gusar district. Unknown investors acquired these rights on the starting cost – 2 thousand manat for each.
until April of this year, the transfer of subsoil use rights was carried out without contests, by agreement of the GAIRMS with entrepreneurs.
