Guard of famous Baku restaurant threatens 17 years in prison

In the Baku Court of Crime, the trial in the criminal case of 35-year-old Orhan Shakhbazov, accused of beating and killing a visitor to the Berlin Pub cafe in Baku, continued.

haqqin.az reports that, speaking at the court on Wednesday, May 11, a court meeting, the prosecutor requested the sentence of Orhan Shakhbazov to 17 years in prison. The trial will continue on May 25.

Recall that on August 29 last year, Orkhan Shakhbazov, who worked at Berlin Pub by the bodyguard, entered a verbal skirmish with a visitor to the 41-year-old Vugar Mustafaev. The conflict grew into a fight. V. Mustafaev was injured by the brain, from which he died in the hospital.

Shahbazov worked as a fitness trainer for many years, in addition, he was a bodyguard of famous personalities. A criminal case has been instituted against him under Article 126.3 (intentional infliction of serious harm to health, resulting in the death of the victim through negligence).
