Madrid Real Madrid announced the appointment of Habi Alonso as a senior coach.
The statement of the Spanish team says that Alonso will act as a senior coach for three seasons from June 1, 2025 to June 30, 2028 and will be presented to the press at the signing ceremony, which will take place tomorrow at the Real Madrid City stadium.
43-year-old coach, who began his coaching career in the youth composition of Real Madrid in 2018, coached the Real Sociedad B and Bayer teams from Leverkuzen.
The Spanish coach, who for the first time in his history led the Leverkuzensky Bayer to the championship in Bundesliga in the 2023-2024 season, also won the German Cup and Super Bowl of Germany with the German team.
