Political consultations were held between the ministries of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Russia today, the press service of the Azerbaijan Foreign Ministry reports.
According to the report, the main topic of discussions between delegations led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Halaf Khalafov and Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko became the issues of the agenda of a bilateral strategic partnership.
The parties also exchanged views on the current situation and recent processes in the region.
During political consultations, issues of mutual interest were discussed.
