Hamas Palestinian movement and the Islamic Jihad group held negotiations on Monday with the participation of leaders. According to Al-Jazeera, the meeting took place in the gas sector.
Representatives of the groups warned Israel “against any actions directed against the Palestinian people and their resistance”, threatening with a “firm and decisive answer.”
The Israeli security forces have been conducting operations to counteract terror on the west coast in response to a series of terrorist attacks in the cities of Israel, as a result of which 20 people were killed. The military regularly detain the Palestinians on suspicion of involvement in terrorist activities.
