Hameni warned Erdogan against beginning of surgery in Syria

The spiritual leader and head of Iran Ali Khamenei on Tuesday in a conversation with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan warned Ankar from the beginning of a military operation in the north of Syria.

“This undertaking will definitely go to the detriment of both Syria and Turkey, as well as to the whole region,” said Khamenei, whose words are given by the IRNA agency.

“Syrian issues should be resolved by dialogue, and Russia, Iran and Turkey must solve this problem through negotiations,” he said.

Erdogan previously said that the Republic’s Armed Forces intend to conduct a new cross-border operation in the north of Syria-in the TV Ryfaat and Manbij, and then military operations, he said, will cover Ain-El-Arab and Ain-Isu.
