According to the data, the agreement was signed following a visit to the UAE of the acting Deputy Prime Minister of the movement of Abdul Gani Baradar. According to the document, the parties agreed on the operating conditions of airports in Kabul, Kandahar, Herat and Mazari-Sharif.
