A special adviser to the Boral – Diplomat Zaki Liddy also arrived in the Ukrainian capital.

Josep Borrel during a press conference following the Council of EU ministers for foreign affairs in the past months announced a visit to Ukraine in early February to confirm the continuation of military and support for support from the EU.
