Head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Army Metin Gurak, at the official invitation of the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Kazakhstan, Major General Sultan Kamaletdinov made an official visit to Astana.
According to information published on the official page of the Turkish Armed Forces on social networks, in honor of General Gürak in the capital of Kazakhstan there was a ceremony with military honors.
As part of the visit, bilateral and expanded negotiations with Kamaletinov took place, after which the head of the General Staff of the Turkish Armed Forces was adopted by the Minister of Defense of Kazakhstan, Major General Dauren Kosanov.
During the visit, General Gurak laid a wreath to the monument to the defenders of the Fatherland, visited the Military University of Kazakhstan, and also held meetings with Turkey Ambassador to Astana Mustafoi Kapuj and the military attache of Kazakhstan.
