Head of Ministry of Finance of Turkey voiced priorities of country’s economic program

The Turkish economic program, aimed at financial discipline and reducing inflation, involves the phased tightening of monetary policy and structural reforms. This was written by the Minister of Treasury and Finance of the country Mehmet Shimshki on Thursday in social networks.

The head of the Ministry of Finance noted that one of the goals is to bring the Turkish state budget to the level of the Maastricht criteria, as well as the reduction in the medium -term perspective of inflation to a single level.

Shimshek also indicated the importance of ensuring macro -financial stability and maintaining the pace of development of the country.
