Head of Ministry of Justice of Poland: we should not pay fines imposed by EU Court

“Poland cannot and should not pay the fines imposed by the European Union Court,” said the Minister of Justice and the Attorney General of Poland Zbignev Zebro, reports TASS.

According to him, as well as any citizen, the Polish state cannot succumb to lawlessness, whether illegal sanctions against the “Turov” mines or fines for changes in the judicial system.

Earlier, the Supreme Court of the European Union said that I ordered Poland to pay a fine of 1 million euros per day for the fact that she did not suspend the activities of the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court.
