The head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andrei Ermak, during a visit to Turkey, met with the leaders of Baykar, which produces unmanned aerial vehicles “Bayraktar”, Haluk and Selchuk Bayractar, Ukrainian media reported.
Ermak visited the production capacities of Baykar, which produces the Bayractar drones. He became the first foreign guest to visit the Baykar research center, confirming its actual discovery.
During the meeting with the leaders of the company, the parties discussed current and future cooperation projects, in particular, regarding the production of UAVs in Ukraine.
“The key element of strengthening the strategic partnership between Ukraine and Turkey will be the creation of the Baykar training center and the factory, in the territory of our state, as well as the joint production of promising aircraft engines,” Yermak emphasized.
