The head of the American University in Central Asia Andrew Kacins was suspected of ordering potent substances from abroad. The Kyrgyz police notified the US citizen that he faces a criminal case about the illicit trafficking of psychotrops, but did not be delayed.
“Kacins is released under the obligation of the appearance,” reported to journalists in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan.
