The head of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov said that the Moldovan authorities declared him an undesirable face.
“We are in Chisinau, just arrived at the invitation [candidate for the post of head of Gagauzia Viktor] Petrov and [deputy of the Moldavian parliament of Alexander] Sukhodolsky, who recently visited our republic, we outlined a large program of our joint work. Unfortunately, we have The Moldovan authorities decided that we are undesirable citizens who cannot visit [this] country. Therefore, unfortunately, we will not be able to take part in the Congress [Friendship of Peoples], ”TASS quoted Minnikhanov.
According to Sukhodolsky, Minnikhanov was supposed to take part in the Congress of Friendship of Peoples in the city of Komrat.
“I was sent an official invitation to Minnikhanov to the Congress. He was not even allowed to go down the plane at Chisinau airport. They presented a document that refused to the entrance,” the Moldovan parliament deputy told TASS.
