The Minister of National Defense of Turkey Yashar Guler met in Baku with the Minister of Defense of Azerbaijan Zakir Hasanov.
The delegation led by Guller visited the Honorary Burial Alley, the Shekhids Alley and the Memorial to the Turkish soldiers in Baku.
Then the official ceremony of the meeting of Guller at the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan took place.
After the ceremony of the head of the defense departments of Turkey and Azerbaijan, negotiations in narrow and expanded formats were negotiated.
Hasanov noted a high level of defense cooperation between Baku and Ankara.
Guler, in turn, noted that he was glad to make the first foreign visit on the post of Minister of National Defense to the Bratsk Azerbaijan. According to him, strategic cooperation between countries is based on fraternal and friendly ties.
The parties discussed cooperation between countries in defense, military education and other industries, as well as important issues of regional and bilateral agendas.
