A medical helicopter crashed in Tennessee, USA, leaving one person dead and two seriously injured.
According to US media reports, the medical helicopter crashed east of Nashville in Tennessee.
One crew member was killed and two others were taken to hospital with serious injuries.
There were no passengers on board the helicopter.
Authorities said the cause of the accident is still unknown and investigations are underway investigation.
