Baku is ready to hold negotiations between the Russian Federation and Ukraine. About this, as SPUTNIK reports Azerbaijan, stated Assistant President of Azerbaijan Hickmet Hajiyev.
Azerbaijan has previously accepted meetings of USA-Russia and NATO-Russia, reminded Hickmet Hajiyev.
“The logic is such that Azerbaijan is not a member of nor NATO, nor the CSTO. Azerbaijan is the chairman of the Non-Aligned Movement. In this regard, we believe that each party can feel comfortable with us,” he stressed.
