In the Baku Court of Grave Crimes, a preparatory meeting of the court in a criminal case has begun to the former head of the Farhad Milazade Foreign Affairs Department and the Consular Office of Salim Alizade.
According to his own Correspondent Haqqin.az, the session was clarified by the instructions of the defendants. Judicial review appointed at 14:00 on August 10.
Note that the defendants were detained as a result of an operation conducted by the State Security Service. They were charged under articles 179.4 (assignment in particularly large size), 308 (abuse of official powers) of the Criminal Code. In relation to their Sabail district court, a preventive measure was elected in the form of detention. After some time, the court let them go under house arrest.
