Assistant President of Azerbaijan – Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev held a telephone conversation with the US Presidential Advisor on National Security, Jake Sullivan. Gadzhiev himself wrote about this on his Twitter.
“We examined bilateral relations, regional security issues, the normalization of relations and negotiations on a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia. He expressed the determination of Azerbaijan to promote a regional peaceful agenda,” Gadzhiev wrote.
