“Khojaly is the tragedy of the entire international community. It was occupied as a result of a military operation and a genocide was performed there.” This was stated by the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan – Head of the Department of Foreign Policy of the Administration of the Head of State Hickmet Hajiyev at the conference dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Khojaly genocide.
According to him, Armenia must answer before the law for killing in Khojaly and other mass murders.
“Armenian society should apologize for this black page of its history,” said Hajiyev.
