“Citizens repatriated to our country from Iraq and Syria are covered by the necessary measures of social support from the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.” This was stated by Chairman of the Board of the Social Services Agency Vugar Babetov at a press conference dedicated to the results of last year and upcoming purposes.
He noted that in general since 2018 to date, the relevant state structures carried out repatriation to the homeland of 358 citizens of Azerbaijan: “340 of them are children, 18 – Mother. In 2021, 81 people were repatriated from these countries, of which 49 people are placed in the subordinate social service institution agency. “
