The Minister of National Defense of Turkey Hulushi Akar said that the Turkish Armed Forces took response after attacking the Turkish military base in the north of Syria, 12 PKK/YPG terrorists were neutralized as a result.
Akar took part in Iftar along with the families of the dead military personnel, veterans and citizens who suffered from February earthquakes in the province of Kaiseri.
The minister emphasized that the Turkish military intends to continue the decisive struggle with the threat of terrorism.
The Turkish military destroyed the plans of terrorists about the creation of the so -called “terrorist corridor” in the north of Syria, said Akar.
Akar recalled that after the attack of the RSC terrorists on the base of the Turkish military in the north of Syria, decisive response measures were taken.
According to him, during the operation, 12 terrorists of the RSC were neutralized in the zone of operations “Shield Euphrates” and “Olive Branch”. Turkey intends to continue the fight against terrorism until the threat of terrorism is completely eradicated, he said.
