Hungary does not support the ban on the issuance of Schengen visas to the Russians. The country’s foreign minister Peter Siyyarto said this on his Facebook page.
“We agree with the position of German Chancellor and do not plan to introduce any restrictions,” he wrote. Prior to this, the Chancellor of Germany Olaf Sholts spoke out against new visa restrictions for Russians. “This is the war of Putin, not the Russian people,” the German leader noted.
Russians also spoke out against the ban on the issuance of Schengen visas to the Russians, Cyprus, Portugal, France and the Netherlands.
