A criminal case has been initiated against the surgeon of the Central Hospital of Fizulinsky district.
As the General Prosecutor’s Office told HAQQIN.AZ, during the inspection it was found that as a result of the mistakes made after the operation conducted by the surgeon doctor of the Central Hospital of the city of Fizuli Azad Huseynzade, the village of Gulnar Agakishiyeva, complications. And as a result of the negligence, the doctor died another patient – a resident of the village of Dunyamalyar Beylany district Inchibekim Mamedguliyeva.
Azad Huseynzade was charged under articles 314.2 (negligence, which caused the death of victims or other serious consequences by negligence) and 311.3.2 (receiving a bribe, perfect repeatedly) of the Criminal Code.
The accused is elected a preventive measure in the form of a safety subscription. In the near future, the materials in a criminal case will be sent to court for consideration.
