Among them is the modernization of the Shymkent oil refinery. The Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kazmunaygaz JSC and CNPC will sign a frame agreement on the expansion of the power of the refineries to 12 million tons per year. The project will increase the processing of raw materials and increase export of oil products.

The construction of a carbamide plant in the Aktobe region starts in the gas industry. The corresponding agreement will be concluded “Qazaqgaz”, the akimat of the region and Chinese investors. The China Construction Bank Corporation will also open a $ 1 billion loan to finance infrastructure projects in the country.

In the field of “green” energy, the construction of the Sauran solar station is planned with the energy accumulation system. In addition, memorandums will be signed on the creation of hydro -accumulating stations with China Southern Power Grid and on cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy with China Energy International.
