President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Friday signed a decree “On a number of measures to accelerate economic development on liberated territories.”
According to the order, the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan is entrusted: to three months to prepare and submit proposals to the President of the country to apply tax benefits, social insurance and other benefits to ensure the effective use of economic and labor resources on the liberated territories, the creation of infrastructure for the processing industry and services.
According to the official website of the President, these deadlines must be identified: tax and customs benefits when importing entrepreneurs of raw materials and goods for the organization of production on liberated territories; benefits for business in public utilities; Quotas for labor migrants and specialists who will be involved in the work in these territories, and improved procedures for issuing them to work permits.
In addition, the Government is entrusted for three months to adopt: measures to expand the access of entrepreneurs acting on the liberated territories to financial resources and the provision of necessary state support; To support investors who are planning to apply environmentally friendly technologies in these territories, sources of “green growth” and renewable energy (renewable energy; Develop a partnership in the format “State-private sector” in the construction of residential areas on the liberated territories.
