Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received Deputy Assistant Secretary of State to the United States State Department of State Egories Olson.
According to the official website of the head of state, it was noted at the meeting that next year marks 30 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Azerbaijan and the United States. Between the two countries, long and successful partnerships have developed, efficient cooperation in the energy sector. It was also emphasized that the United States is interested in expanding connections with Azerbaijan.
During the conversation, new opportunities were noted for regional development and cooperation, an exchange of views took place on the prospects for cooperation.
