Baku expects the OSCE Minsk Group to present their proposals for further establishing peaceful life in the region. This was announced at the conference by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during a speech at the University of ADA at the conference “New look at the South Caucasus: post-conflict development and cooperation.”
“I think there are areas in which they (the OSCE Minsk Group – Ed.) Could playing a role in the post-conflict situation. Not as a group that helps resolve the conflict – conflict is already allowed. When I I talk about a peaceful agreement with Armenia, if Armenia will consider this option, there would be many areas of activity for international players – in terms of demarcation, delimitation, interaction.
