Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment of a special representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the region of the Agdam region liberated from the occupation, AzerTaj report

According to the order, Emin Zamin Oglu Huseynov was appointed a special representative of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic in the part of the Agdam region liberated from the occupation, including the city of Agdam.
