Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to appoint Shakhin Soltan Lenan Bagirov to the position of the first deputy chairman of the Goskomotamozhni.
At the disposal it is said that the temporary performance of the duties of the chairman of the State Committee forces is entrusted to Shakhin Bagirov.
