Ilham Aliyev appointed new judges

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Monday signed a decree on appointing judges and chairmen of appellate courts and a number of courts of first instance.

According to AzerTaj, according to the order, the following persons are appointed:

Mubariz Akpers – Chairman of the Baku Court of Appeal;

Mirbhaheddin Huseynov – Chairman of the Ganja Court of Appeal;

Tofik Pashayev – Chairman of the Sumgath Court of Appeal;

Nuru Guliyev – Chairman of the Sheki Court of Appeal;

led Abdullayev – Chairman of the Shirvan Court of Appeal.

In accordance with the second part of Articles 94 and 97 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Courts and Judges”, Rashad Shamshire oglu Aliyev was dismissed from the position of judge and chairman of the Sheki Court for grave crimes and appointed the judge and chairman of the Sumgath court for grave crimes.

Rafail Ayub Oglu Aliyev was appointed judge and chairman of the Sheki Court for grave crimes, Taddyg Shukure Oglu Mahmudov – Judge and Chairman of the Pirallahinsky District Court of the city Baku.

This order comes into force from the date of signing.
