Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on the appointment of chairmen and judges in a number of courts of first instance, reports AzerTaj.
According to the order, in accordance with paragraphs 94 and 96 of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the courts and judges”, a number of judges are appointed judges and chairmen of the courts of first instance.
