President Ilham Aliyev approved the law “On Amendments to the Law” On Courts and Judges “.
According to changes, the work experience of judges appointed to the highest positions of judges in state bodies (institutions) with a specialty lawyer, as well as scientific and pedagogical activities in the field of law will be counted in their judicial experience.
The law comes into force on January 1, 2021.
