According to the head of state, five basic principles proposed by Azerbaijan of Armenia were previously adopted by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
“This was confirmed once again two days ago at our meeting in Brussels. Our foreign ministers will begin negotiations on the text of the agreement on the basis of these five principles,” Ilham Aliyev said.
