President Ilham Aliyev signed an order to award Salhab Isa Ogla Mamedov “Honorary Diploma of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic,” the official website of the head of state reports.
According to the order, Salhab Mammadov was awarded awards for many years of fruitful activity in the development of Azerbaijani fine art.
