Recently, my brother Ilham Aliyev awarded Haluta Baiktatar from Baykar rule Order “Karabakh”. The President of Turkey Recep Tayip Erdogan was announced during a joint press conference in Shusha.
Turkish presidential thanked Ilham Aliyev on behalf of the Baiktar family.
Note that Baykar General Director Haluk Bayraktar is the brother of the founder of this company Seljuk Baiktara.
