Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev called his Tajik colleague Emomali Rahmon on Wednesday, the official website of the head of state reports.
Aliyev congratulated Rahmon on his anniversary and wished him good health and new successes in his work for the benefit of the people of Tajikistan.
During the telephone conversation, the heads of state expressed satisfaction with the development of friendly and fraternal relations between both countries and exchanged opinions about the prospects of cooperation.
