Ilham Aliyev changed a number of ambassadors and appointed head of representative office at NATO

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev today signed an order to recall the ambassador of Azerbaijan in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos Anara Imanova, the official website of the head of state reports.

The President also ordered Shovgi Mehdizade to appoint Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Vietnam.

Another order of Ilham Aliyeva Fakhreddin Gurbanov was withdrawn from the post of Azerbaijan Ambassador in Croatia.

The head of state today also signed an order to recall Octai Gurbanov from the post of Azerbaijan’s ambassador to Morocco, Mauritania, Senegale, Mali, Portugal, Tunisia, as well as from the post of Permanent Representative of the Azerbaijani Republic in the organization of education, science and culture of the Islamic world (ICESCO ).

The Presidential Address of Azerbaijan to Morocco was appointed Nazim Samedov.

Ilham Aliyev also appointed Rashad Aslanov as an ambassador to Italy.

Another order of Mammad Ahmedzade was withdrawn from the post of Azerbaijan Ambassador to Italy, the Republic of San Marino, Malta, as well as from the post of Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan at the Food and Agricultural Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the World Food Program and the International Agricultural Development Fund (IFSR ).

The head of state also withdrew Agasalim Shyukurov from the post of Azerbaijan Ambassador in Lebanon. Another order for this position was appointed Samed Gasanov.

Ilham Aliyev also ordered Jafar Huseynzade to appoint the head of the representative office of Azerbaijan at NATO.
