President Ilham Aliyev congratulated the entire Christian community of Azerbaijan with the holiday of Christmas, reports AzerTaj.
The congratulation states that for thousands of years in Azerbaijan, representatives of different peoples and religions lived in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust, in the context of peace and tranquility. It is noted that the preservation and further development of ethnocultural diversity, religious and spiritual heritage and multicultural values in our society, where there are centuries-old traditions of tolerance, is one of the main goals of the state policy.
