Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on making changes to the “Charter of the Agency for Energy Regulators”.
According to the Decree, new powers are transferred to the Energy Regulatory Agency.
Agency based on information made to the registry based on data inspection and maintenance will conduct monitoring in the manner established by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and in case of identifying non-compliance with the requirements established by law, to provide mandatory instructions.
