Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev sent a letter with condolences to Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the death of children as a result of an attack on a school in the city of Izhevsk.
“Dear Vladimir Vladimirovich, deeply shocked by the news of the death of children and adults as a result of shooting at school No. 88 of Izhevsk. On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and I personally express sincere condolences to you, relatives and relatives of the victims, I wish all the victims the speedy recovery” , – the letter says.
