President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday signed a law on amendments to the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the suspension of inspections in the field of entrepreneurship”, the official website of the head of state reports.
According to the amendment, the deadline for suspending inspections in the field of entrepreneurship in Azerbaijan has been extended until January 1, 2022.
In addition, the inspection bodies may not carry out planned and unscheduled inspections of the activities of entrepreneurs covering the period of suspension of inspections, with the exception of inspections specified in Article 2.1 of this law.
